Loma Linda University Children's Health Specialty Clinics

Loma Linda University Children's Health Specialty Clinics will house nearly 30 pediatric specialties and services under one roof. The Pediatric Medical Clinics are envisioned as a new 5-story, 105,000-square-foot building located near Loma Linda University Children’s Hospital. Project is estimated to complete in 2026.

Providence Cedars-Sinai

Tarzana Medical Center Expansion

Providence Cedars-Sinai Tarzana Medical Center campus for the future is Tarzana Reimagined. This $540M project includes a new patient tower, emergency department, and technology upgrades in Tarzana, California, an HCAI/OSHPD regulatory environment.

Patients moved into the Friese Family Tower on October 1, 2023.

Intermountain Health New Lutheran Medical Center

A 26-acre hospital campus in the Clear Creek Crossing Development at the intersection of I-70 and Hwy 58 at Clear Creek Dr in Wheat Ridge, Colorado to replace the legacy Lutheran Medical Center using an Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) approach.

Patients moved into Lutheran Hospital August 3, 2024. Our services were provided from 2020-2022 to support the core technology budget, scope, resource estimates, IT infrastructure, IT deliverables,  application, and integration workflow approaches.

Loma Linda University Health

Campus Transformation Project

Just under one million square feet, $1.5 billion academic teaching facility replacement towers project to consist of two patient bed towers (one 16-floor adult tower, one 9-floor children’s tower), HCAI/OSHPD regulatory environment, and totaling 458 licensed inpatient beds. Patients moved into the new Dennis and Carol Troesh Medical Campus on August 8, 2021.
