This annual Colorado Association of Healthcare Executives conference topic was Navigating the Uncertainty of Healthcare. The event was hosted at the beautiful Westin Riverfront Resort and Spa in Avon, Colorado, on October 7th and 8th. Teal Heath, Equinox HIT Principal, attended the two-day session and enjoyed the excellent content and getting together with other healthcare leaders contributing to our communities.

Thank you to all the healthcare leaders who spoke at this year's event on topics like data and advanced analytics, understanding implicit bias, improving the health status of communities, innovation, and how these impact and transform healthcare delivery. The Next Everest: Finding the Resilience to Face Uncertainty by Keynote Speaker Jim Davidson, a resiliency expert, was incredibly uplifting and provided inspiring information on being resilient and reaching "higher" goals.
