On April 26, 2024, Equinox HIT attended the CHIMSS CXO Breakfast and Advocacy Day held at the historic Brown Palace Hotel in Denver, Colorado. This event brought together a distinguished assembly of Colorado legislators, healthcare professionals, industry leaders, and executives for a morning dedicated to networking, learning, and advocacy.
The day began with a breakfast providing an excellent opportunity for attendees to mingle, share insights, and set the tone for the day's discussions. State of Colorado Lt. Governor Dianne Primavera provided the opening keynote "Healthcare from the Hill". The event featured a series of industry keynotes and panel discussions. These sessions were designed to address the pressing issues and trends in the healthcare sector, offering valuable perspectives from leading experts and policymakers. Sessions included the Colorado Health IT Roadmap, Cybersecurity Challenges in Healthcare, The Promise and Potential Pitfalls of AI in Healthcare, Violence in the Healthcare Workplace, and the SDoH (Social Determinants of Health) Roadmap for Colorado.
